(1) RV hook-up with electric & water for $15.00 a night. Primitive camp sites available. Restaurants, grocery & feed store only 3 miles away. Negative coggins is mandatory. Confirmed reservation with credit card and payment in cash on arrival. We also take Pay Pal. $25.00 after 9:00 arrival fee. Owner lives on site.

Facilities: We are on 13 acres of which 4 are fenced/secured. Nice run-in shelter with fresh water, cooling fan and radiant heater. Easy road access all well paved. Trailer drop ok as there is plenty of room!

A small boarding barn, located in Dallas NC, near Charlotte NC. We’re located conveniently close to I-85 and highway 321.

Travelers:
For those traveling with horses that need a rest for a day or more, we have a small paddock with three strand electric tape fencing with carport shelter and also a section with corral panels for extra security, we have a bathroom with shower, water and power (30 amp) for LQ trailer with a large flat pad that will fit even the larger living quarter trailers with slide outs.

We do have some trails here at home, more trails are a short drive away. There is a tractor supply, southern states, grocery stores, shopping centers and restaurants close by. For those that need a place to sleep we also have bunkhouse with futon bed, couch, table, TV, a small DVD collection, microwave and small fridge with deck. Or if we aren’t camping you are welcome to stay in our living quarter trailer or our toy hauler camper.

No dump station but we have a portable holding tank you can use to place in our septic system access.

Prices are 10.00 per horse and 20.00 for trailer hookup per day.

We do have stalls also available for 5.00 more, shavings included but you must clean the stall.
